This was one of the first pieces that I made.
I loved the colours – deep purple and a light airy lavender and I would run my fingers over the French Knots as I stitched.
The lady who bought it was a fellow exhibitor at a few craft fairs, she used to walk past it two or three times each fair.
“I have an Olivia, you know.” she finally said, “It’s like this has been following me around all this time.”
She had a big smile on her face as she took it home.
